Remember, when you are the final or high bidder, you are deemed the purchaser at the fall of the gavel, or when the word “SOLD” is spoken by the auctioneer.  You are responsible for payment in full for the item(s) won on this auction day.  All items are sold as-is, where-is.  Note that individual lots may be combined or incorporated into other lots and additional lots not listed on this guide may be added prior to the auction sale. 

All merchandise is sold as-is, where-is to the highest bidder. A 10% Buyer’s Premium is in effect for today’s auction. Purchases must be PAID IN FULL TODAY regardless of removal date.  Please acknowledge that the staff and management of Paradise Auction, Ltd. are not responsible for items left at location after 4:00 p.m. today.
